Costs of road construction not inflated – Lutombi

THE Roads Authority (RA) has justified the differences in the costs of road con­struction per kilometre, saying that there is no standard cost per kilometre and therefore the idea of weighing differences between roads using the ‘per kilometre’ measure is a fallacy in itself.
