OSHANA Police Regional commander commissioner Ndahangwapo Kashihakumwa and Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Gender Equality and Child Walfare Erastus Negonga are amongst other influential people who could be allocated plots at Oshakati town if there are no objections by July 20. The plots are meant for first time buyers.
According to an advertisement that appeared in a local daily, the Oshakati town council intends to sell immovable property most of it in Extension 16 and Ekuku by way of private transaction to 125 people. The prices of the plots range from N$27 600 for the cheapest in Ekuku to N$638 120 as the highest in Extension 16. Negonga wants a piece of land measuring 4558 square metres for N$638 120.
