THE TransNamib board has suspended its Executive Strategy and Stakeholder Management, Hippy Tjivikua and Struggle Ihuhua the Executive properties with immediate effect.
According to a letter in Confidente’s possession the two’s suspension is to enable the company to institute allegations levelled against the two.
“The board appeals to the employees and management to observe and adhere to the obligation of confidentiality as per the policy on confidentiality incumbent upon all employees of the company at all levels. Furthermore, all employees are notified that until investigations are finalised that no employee should share any information of the company with Mr Hippy Tjivikua and Mr Struggle Ihuhua, unless authorised in writing by the board.”
The board also barred Tjivikua and Ihuhua from entering any premises of TransNamib without written and express permission of the board.
“All employees are requested to ensure compliance with this restriction of the board,” the letter reads in part.
