Police Chief beds subordinate’s wife

A Tsumeb Namibian Police Chief Inspector, Beaven Kaiko, is reportedly embroiled in an adulterous relationship with his subordinate Johannes Kautondokwa’s wife, Secilia Mushimba Simon, which led to Kautondokwa laying adultery charges against his superior and his wife.

In another twist, Kaiko who is the Head of Tsumeb Police’s Internal Investigation’s Department (IID) is also investigating Kautondokwa for alleged assault after he reportedly beat up Simon over their “marital problems.”
