Candid Question Time with  Lioness and Twazis

EVER wondered what our superstars and  artists think might sound weird, funny  or outright crazy?  Confidente’s Entertainment Reporter Jeoffrey  Mukubi (JM), recently asked random  candid questions to two acts that will be  performing at the Dogg’s Final Concert and  Charity Cup, which will be held at the UNAM  Sports Grounds on 29 September 2018.  Lioness  Lioness- real name Latoya Mwoombola has  stacked her claim as one of the best female  rapper in Namibia, due to her consistency of  dropping singles that top local radio charts.  The self-motivated go getter is a final year  medical student and still she maintains as her  status a full-time musician.
JM: If you had to be a fictional Namibian superhero,  what would your name be and what  would be your super power? 
Lioness: I would be Batman. My super power  would be to time travel.
JM: What was the worst food that you ever  ate?
Lioness: The worst meal I’ve ever  had was a prawn cocktail starter  in Rehoboth. It was absolutely  revolting.
JM: If you had to spend your  last, N$100 what would you  buy? 
Lioness: If I had the last  N$ 100 I would probably  buy food.
JM: What in your  opinion is the closest  thing to magic? 
Lioness: A mother’s  touch.
JM:What would  you say is your happiest  school memory? 
Lioness: My happiest  school memory was  excelling in a really  expensive school and  making my mother  proud knowing she  spent blood sweat  and tears putting me  through it.
JM: How does it feel  to be chosen as one of  the headlining acts  performing at the Dogg Final concert and  Charity Cup? 
Lioness: Being chosen as one of the  headlining acts along with other veterans  in the Namibian music industry  just solidifies my place in the industry.  It is a dream comes true as cliché  as it may sound. He regarded me as  the best female rapper to come out  of Namibia. That was such an honor.  It is with pleasure that I bid farewell  to an industry giant. He paved  the way for many artists leading by  example that you can make music a full  time job and have it be lucrative.  Twazis  Dynamic Afro pop duo Eldazz  and Raxa, popularly known as Twazis,  have cemented its music in the  hearts of many Namibians. Singing  mostly Damara/Nama , the duo  is set to drop its fourth album this  month.
JM: If you had a super power, what  would it be?
Raxa: To be a mind reader.
Eldazz: Flash
JM: If someone held a gun to your head and  asked you to sing a song from start to finish,  which song would it be?
Raxa: Jesus is mine.
Eldazz: Way Maker by Sinach.
JM: What is the funniest name you have ever  heard? 
Raxa: Nakanaira
Eldazz: !oeten
JM: What is the most embarrassing moment  of your career as a musician? 
Raxa: Falling off stage.
Eldazz: Tearing my jeans on stage.
JM: If they had to add alcohol as mandatory  in any sport, which one do you think will be  the funniest?* 
Both: Soccer
JM: How does it feel to be chosen as one of  the headlining acts performing at the Dogg Final  concert and Charity Cup? 
Raxa: It is an honour to be selected to perform  there.
