THE National Assembly’s stand­ing committee on public ac­counts says it is not relevant to reintegrate the Namibia Students Fi­nancial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) to the Ministry of Higher Education, since the troubles that have dogged the fund emanated from the time it was still un­der the Ministry.
