PRESIDENT Hage Geingob has called on the judiciary to impose stiffer sentences on perpetrators of violent crimes against women and children.
Speaking at the annual opening of the 2018 legal year, Geingob said he was con­cerned about the escalating climate of vio­lence against women and children.
