THE Tender Board of Namibia has so far this year banned two companies from bidding for any government tenders for one year as a result of flouting tender regulations.
The two companies, Willa Trading and Dibasen Trading were blacklisted on March 31 2015 after they failed to deliver goods and services specified in contracts they had successfully tendered for.
Willa Trading had been awarded a contract to supply and deliver three boardroom tables, 56 black leather swivel chairs and three high back black leather swivel chairs to the Ministry of Education while Dibasen Trading had been contracted to render security guard and transit services to the Ministry of Finance from November 1 2013 to October 31 2016.
