THE Ondangwa Town Council, in collaboration with Ark industries, will construct a multi-million dollar biogas plant on a portion of land measuring about 200 hectares.
The project is expected to cost about N$300 million, and is set to generate at least 50 temporary and 27 permanent jobs.
